| Barat Academy is the first private, independent, Catholic high school in St. Charles County. The school offers single-gender education on a co-educational campus. The school is founded in the traditions of Sacred Heart education. The Barat Academy experience includes a strong faith-based environment, a rigorous college preparatory curriculum, and a firm commitment to service. The school campus is adjacent to a 173 acre park and across from Busch Wildlife allowing advanced educational opportunities in environmental sciences. The 2008-2009 school year, Barat will have freshmen and sophomores on campus. Barat will be a 9-12 school in the fall of 2010. |
