Westminster Christian Academy

The integration of church, home, and school is the distinguishing characteristic of a Westminster Christian Academy education. Although it is the parents' main responsibility to provide for the Christian training and instruction of children, Westminster’s faculty and staff, as well as the student’s church, serve as “helping hands.” Westminster strives to help develop the Christian mind and character of students while giving them an exceptional education. Teachers are dedicated to distinctive, Christ-centered studies that enable students to discover, embrace, and integrate a biblical worldview. The strong college preparatory program includes numerous AP and college credit courses, three foreign languages, and electives in the practical and fine arts.

A comprehensive Special Services program serves students with diagnosed learning challenges. Independent Inquiries (I²), the middle school's academic challenge program, offers challenging learning experiences above and beyond the normal academic expectations of the middle school. Numerous cocurricular programs are available, including strong drama and music programs, 16 upper school sports, and an athletic program for middle school students. Guidance programs, including college and career counseling, are available at the upper and middle school levels.
